  • How far in advance should I book my rental? We recommend booking your rental as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays. However, we understand that plans can change, so we also accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

  • Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses? Yes, our team will handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the bounce houses and inflatables. We'll work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time and ensure everything is ready for your event.

  • Are your bounce houses clean and safe? Absolutely! We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our equipment. Before and after each rental, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all bounce houses and inflatables. Additionally, our inflatables are constructed with high-quality materials and meet industry safety standards.

  • What happens if it rains on the day of my event? In the event of inclement weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we'll work with you to find the best solution.

  • Are there any additional fees or hidden costs? Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees. The rental fee includes delivery, setup, and takedown within our service area. However, additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area, damages to the unit that require additional cleaning or repair, or for extended rental periods.

  • Can adults use the bounce houses? While our bounce houses are primarily designed for children, many of them are suitable for adults as well. However, we recommend following the manufacturer's guidelines and weight limits to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Do you require a deposit to reserve a rental? No, we don't require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The rental is paid online up-front if paying with a credit or debit card and upon delivery of the rental equipment if paying with cash. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

  • What if I need to cancel my reservation? We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refer to our rental agreement for more information.
